Refund policy

At ZELVOREX, every product is crafted with intention and care. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at zelvorex@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. ZELVOREX does not cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
